Lab-235: Reactor Control
Real joules. Questionable engineering.
Your reactor has fuel, ambition, and a cooling system that starts with a drinking straw. This should go well.
Lab-235 is an incremental reactor-management game about generating power, controlling heat, and steadily improving equipment that probably should have stayed in the garden shed.
Tap fuel cells to trigger fission, turn heat into electricity, and upgrade your way toward increasingly ambitious machinery. More power means more heat. You may wish to address that before buying more fuel.
Start a reaction. Keep it under control.
- Make heat. Trigger fission and add energy to your reactor core.
- Move heat. Balance coolant flow, water capacity, and radiator performance.
- Generate power. Keep the core near its optimal temperature while managing waste and protective shutdowns.
- Upgrade the equipment. Improve your fuel, pump, radiator, generator, and the rest of your increasingly respectable operation.
Heat capacity, coolant flow, and temperature all matter. Thermodynamics knowledge is optional. Cooling is strongly recommended.
From garden shed to something much bigger
The long-term ambition: progress from improvised science equipment toward a supercosmic energy reactor capable of creating new universes.
The shed was not rated for this.
Development status
Lab-235 is actively in development, with Android testing planned first. The current focus is the reactor loop, progression balancing, and helping new players find their feet before anything gets too warm.
There is no confirmed public release date yet. The planned mobile release is free to play, with ads and optional purchases.
